Explore and develop Framework for building effective Business Plans for different Customer Groups (Industry, Medicine, Telecom, etc.) in allocated Countries and ensures the Profitable Business Relations with Customers are built and maintained.
Collects and monitors and analyses market data in the allocated countries in order to provide Management with the supportive data for decision making, generate new sales opportunities.
Work out win strategy and organize relevant resources to operate and manage sales projects and tenders.
Develops customer questionnaires, analyses Customer Satisfaction/ Regular Issues. Agrees on the Improvements to be done and ensures they are implemented.
Ensures effective handling of Customer Complaints according to the Company Procedure.
Plan, implement and enhance customer relationship and build up long-term strategic relationship with customers.
Bachelor degree or above, who major in Engineering or related discipline is preferred
At least 5 years' solid sales/account management and projects/tenders operation experience.
Familiar with EMS market, able to build good relationship and connection with key persons of customers.
Good selling, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English. Prefer Nordic, Dutch, German.
